David O. Kingston

Chairman & CEO

David is the Chairman and CEO of Kingston Companies, positions he has held since the Company’s formation in 1999. Since 1977, Dave has been CEO of Dave Kingston Produce, Inc. Dave worked in sales for the predecessor company to Dave

Kingston Produce, Inc., Hurley Produce,from 1972 until he acquired Hurley Produce in 1977.

The broad enterprises of the Kingston Companies include Kingston &Associates Marketing, Kingston Properties LP, Associated Brokerage as well as several joint ventures in commercial and residential real estate development and property management, trucking and distribution. In the last thirty years, Dave has started, acquired, and joint-ventured over 100business enterprises.

Dave has held positions and serves on several public and private advisor boards in the agri-business sector and philanthropic endeavors. His service includes the U.S. federal PACA Task force, Chairman of the Board of the Idaho Growers and Shippers Association, National Legislative Committee for United Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Association, interim CEO of Wisdom Media Group, and various advisory positions for Wholelife, Campaign for Better Health, Higher Ground for Humanity, The Clearwater Project, Souls Foundation, and Joe Foss Institute.

Dave attended Weber State College, University of Utah and graduate school at Stanford University.

Kui Nakamura

President & Director

Kui has advised several governments and state-owned companies, served on the Investment Council of Kazakhstan chaired by the Prime Minister,and worked closely with development-finance and export agencies to attract foreign investment. He was a founder of Azura Group and serves as its Managing Director, where he has executed or advised on over $9 billion of principal investment and trading transactions.

Previously Kui was Executive Partner with Siris Capital Group, which manages $5.9 billion of assets, and managed the private holdings of its predecessor, Point 72 and the $14 billion family office formerly known as SAC Capital Advisors.

Kui also served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Strategic Committee at KGI Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Development Financial Holdings, leading its US$765million sale, and as Director of Corporate Development for Airvana Inc., a leading provider of mobile broadband software and small-cell technologies.

Prior, Kui was a managing partner at ETG, a multi-strategy fund executing securities representing up to 2% of the annual volume traded on the NYSE,where he built the arbitrage desk, implemented quant models, and advised on development of algorithms and AES for SLK’s (now GoldmanSachs) platform.

Kui graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and holds a M.B.A. in finance from Georgetown University.

Maurice Frosch

COO & Director

Maurice is a founder of Kingston Organic PLC and will serve as COO and a member of its Board of Directors.

Maurice was a founding partner in Azura Group Pte Ltd, a boutique global trading and investment firm based in Singapore engaged in energy products, metals and minerals, agricultural products and other commodities, as well as investing in infrastructure, natural resources, and energy products worldwide.

He has more than 12 years of experience securing and developing natural resource assets in Kazakhstan and has developed favorable working relationships with relevant government ministries.

He successfully secured the Company’s concession to the Aktobe mine from government and private Kazakh investors, obtained final approval from the Governor of Aktobe region, and from the Kazakhstan Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure of the RK for the transfer of the mine to Aktobe Humic LLP.

Maurice began his career as a successful real estate developer in Southern California.

He will be based in the United States and will divide his time between the US, UK, Africa and Kazakhstan.

Gus C. Robayna

VP Global Sales & Marketing

Gus became a part of the Kingston Organic PLC team in 2021 and will serve as the company’s director of global sales and marketing.

Gus started his career in the automobile industry, managing all aspects of sales and service for a large, multi-state organization, and developed the processes that became the baseline standards for manufacturer’s premium dealer certification programs, along with a forward-looking online vehicle sales process.

In the technology sector, as a shareholder he purchased the assets of the Spin-X Printing Solutions software from Georgia State University Research Foundation and transitioned it into a for-profit company. He developed and managed a sales and marketing team servicing Fortune 500companies and governmental agencies within the US government and abroad. The company was successfully sold.

Since 2002 Gus has been in the food and agro sector, managing wholesale grocery sales to domestic and international distributors, and sourcing fresh bananas distributed throughout Europe using a successful, scalable strategic fruit-partner concept with a multi-billion euro company.

He attended Florida International University and majored in International Marketing.

He is US-based and will commute between the US, UK and the markets.

Kairat Karmanov

VP – Kazakhstan

Kairat is based in Kazakhstan and will assist Mr. Frosch in managing the Company’s operations there.

Kairat had a leading role in the Astana Center of Sustainable Development, under the office of Economic Affairs and Budgetary Planning of Astana Municipality,where he was in charge of analytical research in the field of social and economical development, monitoring and consulting to the Astana City Municipality.

He was the former Vice Chairman of KaznexInvest National Export and Investment Agency, under the Ministry of Investments and Development His responsibilities included the supervision and direction of the Investment Agency, development and promotion of non-commodity exports to non-commodity industries.

Kairat was also an advisor to the Minister of Investment. Before that, he was a leader in the Center for Economic Policy of the Agro-Industrial Complex under the Ministry of Agriculture. He was responsible for Development of the Master Plan titled “Sugar Production from Sugar Beet in the RoK”, which was recognized as the best of 16 Master Plans submitted to the UN Food and Agriculture Organization.

Kairat began his career in Kazakhstan as Head of the Department of Socio-Economic Analysis and was directly responsible for the development of Municipal Anti-Crisis Program of 2008, waste management projects, housing and communal Services, and other Municipal Projects.

Kairat graduated from Michigan State University and Florida Atlantic University,attending both on a Republic of Kazakhstan Presidential Scholarship
